Panama's economy has grown thanks to the recent real estate market. This has increase the auto purchase potential of many locals and newcommers in town. Not even the global energy crisis and high fuel prices has put a stop to the unbearable traffic we get to drive in each week day. Now, our govenment provable greatly influenced by investors and developers believing in this country, have started working on the creating road ways above the Panama Bay right in front of Avenida Balboa in an ocean fill named Cinta Costera.
Soon vehicles will be able to enjoy various brand new lanes to get from point a to point be, but whe n your get to point be, where are you supposed to park your car.
The city has no available parking spaces for clients or employees in the downtown area. Most people as I, would agree to pay for a parking space instead of being run down by security guards or being fined by the traffic police.
There is many land for sale in the city, closed out by there hideous advertising billboards. The mayor should stop issued this company advertising permits, and allow people who just want to get to work or just getting things done downtown to park for a fee or for free.
